Transcript Request Procedure

Please visit GA Futures

We must have your Social Security Number on file and you must have included it in your GAfutures profile. This option is FREE!  

1. Log into your account
2. Click on “College Planning” tab
3. Select “Transcripts”
4. Select the college to send the transcript 
5. Select “Continue”

Please visit MyPaymentsPlus

1. Under "School Fees"
2. Choose either "Seckinger High School Paper Transcript" or "Seckinger High School Electronic Transcript"

• Paper 
  • Student will pick up sealed envelope in Counseling Canopy to mail (please allow 48 hours) 
• Common App, SendEDU 
  • Your counselor attaches your transcript to their portion of the electronic app. You must access SchooLinks (under Additional Resources on your GCPS portal) and LINK SchooLinks to your Common App account in order for a transcript upload to occur.

• Records requests for students that are under the age of 18 will require a parent's or legal guardian's signature and ID.
• Allow a minimum of two business days for a response to your request (requests are not processed the same day).
• Government-issued photo ID is required for all requests.

A student's educational records are confidential and may only be disclosed as allowed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (also known as FERPA).
