Seckinger Community School Summer Health & PE 2026 

May 26 – June 17 

Both classes (Health & PE) will be taught on-line 

Registration will close on May 11 (or earlier if classes are full) 

Seckinger Community Summer Health and PE will be taught online through Google Classroom. Although assignments will have due dates to prevent students from getting behind, all course materials and assignments except for the final exam will be available after the first day of class, and students can work ahead if they want. Additionally, teachers will schedule optional Zoom sessions for students who need assistance. Please note that Google Classroom will not work outside of the United States. If students are traveling internationally, they will not be able to access the course. All coursework and final exam must be completed by June 17. 

PERSONAL FITNESS (PE) and HEALTH - $500 

Both courses are state requirements for graduation. Personal Fitness is also the prerequisite to all other PE classes. 

SUMMER CLASS POLICIES & CONTRACT 

1.  I understand that withdrawal from class will occur without refund for non-completion or disciplinary action. 

2.  I accept the responsibility for following all rules and requirements as stated in the Gwinnett County Public Schools student handbook. I expect the procedures that are listed therein to be enforced by the teachers and administrators. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined. 

I understand the following refund policy: 

• Nonrefundable fee of $25 assessed for withdrawal less than a week before class begins. 
• No refund after class begins. 

3.  I understand the classes will be taught on-line, and that a chrome book is the only technology that will be provided

4.  Credit will be given only for student fulfilling academic and completion requirements.
